Storey Residential Properties, Inc. is a Certified Builder with the Atlanta Home Builder’s Association and a recipient of the 2002 Silver Professionalism Award for homes between $750,000-$1,000,000, the 2005 Silver Professionalism Award for homes between $1,000,000-$1,500,000 and the 2006 Silver Professionalism Award for homes between $1,000,000-$2,500,000. Both Danny and Kevin are CABO Code Certified and Kevin is also Certified by the International Code Council. We are currently building in Gwinnett county in two Crescent Communities, Sugarloaf Country Club and The River Club, but we have also had projects in both Fulton and Cherokee counties as well.

Our office is located at 2800 Peachtree Industrial Blvd., Suite G, Duluth, GA 30097. We are approximately one mile north of Abbotts Bridge Rd. and a quarter of a mile south of Rogers Bridge Rd.

Currently we have projects in Duluth, Suwanee and Alpharetta.
