Dream Team Movers

This company is TERRIBLE and operates as a complete SCAM. They were 2 hours late and put rips in my sofa and loveseat. Did not wrap anything with 2 young unprofessional men forcing my furniture out the door. There were dirty handprints and sweat stains all over my sofa. Also busted my dining room table, dropping it and scraping it across the floor. Also busted up a all wood media console, broke plates dishes and a sofa table is missing. After I told them not to touch anything else, and asked if they could just take what they have loaded to the new house, their truck broke down an didn't even make it out of the subdivision. next morning the tow truck backed the moving truck back up in my driveway and I had to unload all the furniture back inside my house. Had to hire a new moving company to get the job done. Also tore up my walls forcing the furniture out of the house. The manager and the movers are extremely rude, disrespectful, and used profanity the hole time. One of the movers came up to me and said he was tired and was not going to do this and going home, he was not paid enough money to do this. I was shocked. The manager said he would refund my money and compensate me for the move. When it was all said and done he called back and said he was not going to refund or pay me anything, then proceeded to hang up on me and would not answer any of my phone calls. We MUST put people like this out of business. This is a small family owned company and they do not care at all about their customers, they are very greedy and will take your money and leave you with a house of broken ripped furniture. then they will cut off all contact with you after they lie and say they promise that they will fix the mistake. PLEASE BEWARE the managers of dream team movers will take advantage of you and I GURANTEE you they will do a TERRIBLE job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! This entire business operates as a SCAM! THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST and they will LIE to your face about everything. I will sue this company! and Its also not a credited company with the bbb.
